About Edward Lee
Edward Lee is a James Beard award-winning chef, author, Bravo Top Chef star, and restaurateur. Born in Brooklyn, Edward’s fascination with food was partly sparked by his grandmother’s traditional Korean dishes. At 22, he began cooking professionally in New York City. A trip to Kentucky in 2001 would change his life when he became enamored with Southern cuisine.
